SpliceCom Increase UK Market Share to 16%

 

04 October 2007 - Chorleywood, UK: SpliceCom, the IP convergence company whose award winning maximiser platform combines voice, video, IPTV and web enabled IT applications at the desktop, has increased its share of the UK PBX market according to the latest data from leading market analysts MZA. MZA's report for system shipments made between April and June 2007 shows SpliceCom's maximiser business telephone system market-share has increased to 16% in the fastest growing sector - Pure IP PBXs*. In achieving this success SpliceCom have out sold the likes of Siemens, Swyx and IP PBX pioneer 3Com.

 

In terms of extension shipments for this sector, SpliceCom were in second place behind Cisco, with maximiser also being the second largest system when calculating the average number of extensions shipped with each IP-PBX platform.
