In addition to the telephony platforms and terminals offered by SpliceCom a range of business enhancing applications are also available, allowing a complete solution to be built to meet your specific needs. Vision

A web-based application suite, Vision offers a Business Dashboard for companies of all sizes, delivering a comprehensive range of real-time information and historical reports to those that need it, irrespective of where they might be. Technical Support or Sales Order Processing, Customer Service or Accounts, Help Desk or Sales, whatever area of the business a customer needs to focus on, Vision displays the answers. This allows organisations to identify issues and rectify them before they become business-impacting problems, whilst optimising resources at all times for maximum productivity.
 
Vision also provides the real-time information needed to ensure that operations run smoothly. Are we meeting our service levels on the Help Desk?  How many abandoned callers haven’t been called back yet? Do customers have to wait in a queue longer than necessary because we have insufficient voice processing ports to handle all the auto attendant calls? These are the type of questions that can be effortlessly answered by Vision.
 
Few organisations even begin to harness the true power of their telephone system. Because they’ve both been developed by SpliceCom, the combination of maximiser and Vision delivers on this promise, all day, every day allowing Company Directors and business managers to really understand how their business is performing. Vision Reports, Vision Record and Vision Live  deliver valuable real-time and historical information, including call recordings. And for your workforce, Vision Mobility offers similar levels of personal telephony management and control when they’re away from the office, making them truly mobile.
 
 

PCS 60 and PCS 50

Running under Windows and Mac OS X (PCS 60), or Linux (PCS 50) these personal productivity applications can be run as either an IP Softphone or Phone Partner. By connecting the PC to a maximiser Call Server, either directly, or via the LAN network, the PCS 60 or PCS 50 application can "partner" the PCS 520 or PCS 505 or an analogue phone connected to a maximiser Phone Module. Phone calls can then be placed as normal from the telephone keypad, or made via the PCS 60 or PCS 50.

Access to Web enabled applications, Intranet based information, IP Video/Web Cam images, speed dials/busy lamp field/direct station select, directory access, messaging and call progress are then all provided in a similar manner to the PCS 410. PCS 60 and PCS 50 can also be used to partner the PCS 570, PCS 560 or PCS 100 IP phones. The PCS 60 and PCS 50 application can also be used in conjunction with a USB or Bluetooth headset or telephone to provide a fully featured IP Softphone solution.  

 

 

 

PCS 60 Operators Console

SpliceCom’s PCS 60 Operators Console has been specifically designed to elevate business productivity and enhance the overall company image at the main point of customer contact by delivering an improved operator service. By utilising the standard PCS 60 application and expanding its capability through the addition of the Operators Console Licence, SpliceCom’s PCS 60 Operators Console has been specifically developed to partner PCS 560, PCS 570, PCS 410, PCS 100, PCS 520, PCS 505 or existing analogue phones.
 
The PCS 60 Operators Console can be deployed in single screen or dual screen modes, runs under the Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS X operating system and can be alternatively used with a USB/Bluetooth, handset/headset as an IP Softphone. The PCS 60 Operators Console can also be deployed with a touch-screen monitor to deliver direct operator control. 
 

Callmedia 4 maximiser

To meet the demand for more formal Call Centre requirements, SpliceCom have teamed-up with Callmedia, the UK technology leader in Contact Centre and CTI software development, to deliver Callmedia 4 maximiser. Using Callmedia’s award-winning and field proven Enterprise application suite as a starting point this product has  been jointly developed to address the needs of SME Call Centres, from 5 to 50 agents, dealing with in-bound sales and telemarketing campaigns.

Callmedia 4 maximiser can be upgraded at anytime to support more than 50 agents or to deliver Multi-Media Contact Centre and/or Outbound Dialling solutions.
