The SpliceCom Community

All prospective and existing SpliceCom customers have access to the SpliceCom Community - a group of highly trained organisations offering complimentary skill sets and services that, subject to the customer’s business requirements, can on an individual or collective basis, deliver a modern voice solution irrespective of the deployment requirements or financial/commercial needs.

There are four levels of SpliceCom Community Partners.

• Member. Accredited by SpliceCom to sell, install and maintain maximiser 5 Series, PCS IP Phone and Vision Reports, Record, Live and Mobility based solutions.
• Advanced. Accredited by SpliceCom to sell, install and maintain Vision Call Centre based solutions in addition to those at the Member level.
• Visionary. Accredited by SpliceCom to sell, install and maintain maximiser XS based solutions in addition to those at the Advanced level.

• Alliance. Approved by SpliceCom to provide complimentary products, applications or services to the SpliceCom Community and/or their customers.
